Sorry you have a problem Sarah, I had a similar problem at first, and each time it stopped I just clicked the play button until it got to the end and it seems to be o.k. now.

Thanks Tinker for that. Im sure that will put a smile on Janes face when she tries that link later. Its great to be able to hear some of the music on the site. We must move this post into the music section later. Thanks for the music. Isnt it such a shame they did that cheesy voice over though? All part of that flawed promotion!

Oh what a great find, Tinker. Any idea when it was done? Was it when the album first came out or has it been done more recently for the sales abroad, I wonder?

The cheesy voiceover is unbelievably naff. It spoils the whole of the songs, but still it is nice to see a clip from Mal's video.

Why did they think they had to promote him in such an old fashioned smoothy style? As far as I'm concerned it doesn't ring true to his lively and charming personality at all. So, he sings ballads, so what, why can't he be promoted in a fresh lively way, not like this at all. What does anyone else think? Do you agree or not?

It's from when the album was first released. I agree it's a bit cheesy with the voice over! They should have just let him be natural and unforced and allowed his wonderful vocals allowed to shine through.

Still brightens up an autumn evening!:D

If it's that advert I'm going to have to pass I'm afraid.

I heard about it at the time and was fortunate enough to avoid seeing it. I found that awful video for the single cringy enough! :(

What were Universal thinking? Poor Malachi. I hated that smoothy image they tried to create for him, as if anyone's going to like that sort of thing in this day and age!

Awww that brought back some memories!

The first time I heard that ad I was in the loo at Ayr in a caravan ..... I heard him sing and ran out the loo and said to Robert "There's Malachi!!" I was rather excited, Robert just looked at me as if I had flipped! lol
