A dear friend who was taken from us
hi guys just wanted to drop by and tell you my devastating news
we all know David, Daf or Dafydd as some knew him by
i got the dreaded news that i was never expectiung to hear in a million years,, my good friend or brother that he told me he was, was took from us on
wednesday 14th april 2010..
he was a boy with a heart of gold who would have done anything for anyone he knew, he was a great mate to everyone who knew him and a loving father to
his children.
i was tlaking with his partner last night and i came up with the idea of seting up a tribute page as a mark of respect and also for those of you who
would like to leave tributes and maybe memories that you had of him. so u you go on facebook and type in IN LOVING MEMORY OF DAVID JOSHY you can join
and leave tributes if yous like..
rest in peace dave
love you and miss you everyday xxx

It is a terrible tragedy for someone to die so young. my thoughts are with his family and friends.

How terrible Christine. We only know David from his posts but it must be a terrible shock for you and all of his friends and family. Our thoughts and

Hi Guys,
It was with shock that I learn't the terrible news about Daffyd. It is so cruel and hard to understand when something like this happens, with so
many lives left shattered and devestated. I know many of you will be mourning his loss and many emotions will be engulfing you at a time like this,
but keep faith that God will be looking after him with so much love and indeed he will be watching over all of us who mourn Daffyds untimely and
tragic passing,
May he Rest In Peace,

Hi all,
I just wanted to say thankyou for all the lovely messages,
to malachi for his lovely message it would have ment so much to dave himself. to christine for all her support over the last week it really does mean
alot he always said you were more than a best friend you were his big 'little' sister he really did think the world of you never forget how much he
loved and respected you christine because he always said if it wasnt for your love and support he would never have been doing what he loved...and we
all know what that was...being on stage!!
I have heard back from the police officer in charge of his case and they are releasing davids body on wednesday and the person responsible for his
death is being held and charged with murder. again thankyou for all your support I know how much he respected you all..especially Jan and Christine
and of course Malachi himself!

i will never ever forget it,, as he always knew how much i loved and respected him and the choices he made in life  , i am proud to call him my little 'big' brother. aw we all knew
that thats were his heart was to be and i am glad i helped him chose that path for his career,, he done everyoneproud when he as on stage he was the
star of the show.
good that they are finally releasing his body and he can now get rest with a great send off that he deserves. thank you lucy for letting me give a
small hand in the funeral arrangements,, means alot xx

Hi Jan
david's funeral was held in his home village of Llandovery this morning at 10.10am his ashes are to be scattered in norrkopin in Sweden the place he
loved to call his 2nd home.
Ive spoken to a friend of his who attended and this is what he had to say about the service :
David being david was typically late he was ment to arrive at his aunts house at 9.45am but didnt arrive untill 9.55am which delayed his service by 10
mins.
we went into a video of his best friend and himself performing their last performance,
his wife said a few words and then his 7year old step daughter rebecka read out a poem she had written - which you can find on his tribute page on
facebook.
he was then taken down to be cremated to malachi's take me away - which he loved from the very first time he heard it.
