Celtic Heartbeat Ardhowen June 2006 - NEW PHOTOS
I thought I would put this post here as I have placed the photos from the Celtic Heartbeat show in the Ardhowen Theatre in photo bucket. First time I
have tried to do this with my new digital camera which I still haven't quite come to terms with....I am afraid my heart still lies with my golden
oldie traditional camera!
Promoting the Celtic Heartbeat show was a new experience for me. I now know all about hiring venues, session musicians, marketing, insurance,
lighting, sound and so it goes on...lots of ups and downs....but we got there in the end. The feedback after the shows has been very positive. The
band really enjoyed working with us and we are considering setting up another small tour in the winter. Malachi and I have made some really good new
friends over the past couple of months which is lovely.
I did intend to post the performance set but it seems I left the list behind at the theatre. Most of the songs were from the Celtic Heartbeat album
but he also included Fields of Gold, A man is in Love and Have I told you Lately. Of course he sang Dance by Candlelight which he co-wrote with Ivan
Gilliland and Until we meet Again.
Some of the photographs are of the rehearsal, some of the show and a couple of after show pics. Hope they aren't too dark or far away...I forgot to
use the zoom control which might have helped a little..it's difficult to teach an old dog new tricks!

I'm so glad the concert went so well for you, after all the hard work you and malachi put into making it happen.
Ever thought of promoting the man over here in England? Especially now he has a band to accompany him too, i have found out recently we have an
O'neils down here in Portsmouth

Yes micky I totally agree with u 100% Mal,Rosie and the band should go across the waters to England,Scotland,Wales (and other places which i didnt mention )
As most of Mals fans travel to Ireland all the time to see him:greenapple.gif: and it would be nice for mal,Rosie and the band to travel...So y dont
some1 try and organise it....
(Micky thats really a good excuse 4 mairead,christine and I to go to ur home land)
So folks get ur thinkin caps on and get organising and make this boy a legend from Fame Acadmy:appl::appl:
